2000ton Door skin hydraulic press machine is suitable for moulding and veneering ofMelamine door skin, natural Wood Door skin. This hydraulic door skin press machine adopts spring synchronous closed structure, can stop at any position and any time, according to the production preocess(or position-limit control), and the residence time of door skin making machine is adjustable . The press holding time and pressure of door skin press machine set automatic control. Two operation modes named manual and automatic are available for customers to choose .
The 2000ton door skin press machine has several work layers, and it requires door moulds. It works like a molding press, but it actually makes use of hot platens to form the shape of door skins and add laminates on the door skins.
